2022年度湖南省作家协会重点作品扶持征集通知--湖南省作家网

根据《湖南省作家协会重点作品扶持工作条例》（2021年9月7日修订）精神，省作协启动2022年度重点作品扶持工作。

一、申报对象

湖南省作协重点作品扶持面向有湖南户籍或现在湖南生活工作三年以上的作家，具有较强的创作或研究能力、较高的思想艺术追求和精益求精的写作态度，年龄在40周岁以下的青年作者或基层、边远地区作者的重要选题优先扶持。

曾获省作协重点作品扶持或省作协其他专项扶持项目的作者，如项目未结项，本次不得申报选题。为保证创作质量，1位作者当年只能申报1个省作协扶持项目。

二、选题范围

为迎接党的二十大召开，2022年省作协重点扶持设立主题专项，聚焦国之大者、省之大计，描绘新时代的山乡巨变，聚焦“十八洞村”新时代红色地标，书写先进装备制造业、“青山碧水新湖南”、红色革命历史，讴歌新时代英雄。主题专项创作提倡艺术手法和风格的多样性，力求思想精深、艺术精湛。

作者可申报年度专项选题，也可另行提出现实主义题材创作选题。

申报选题须为长篇作品或围绕特定主题创作的完整作品，理论评论选题须为专著或特定主题的论文集。不接受个人作品合集申报。

在2022年可以结项的选题优先扶持。

三、申报方式

1.自本通知发布之日起，至3月1日接受申报。申报表格请从湖南作家网（http://www.frguo.com/）下载。

2.各市州作协为重点作品扶持推荐单位。凡符合条件的作者，无论是否省作家协会会员，均可通过各市州作协申报；省直单位的作者可由所在单位盖章后直接向省作协申报。各推荐单位对申报选题做出论证、筛选后，再向省作协推荐。各推荐单位报送的选题不超过5个。

3.省作协同时向省内出版社、文学期刊等定向征集选题及写作或出版计划。

4.申报选题作者，需填写重点作品扶持申报表，附3000字左右的作品梗概，或5000字左右的作品选段。不接受征集截止日之前已出版作品的申报。

5.纸质版汇总表和申报表一式一份，请寄送省作协创研室。电子版请发送至指定邮箱。

6.省作协将聘请专家组成重点作品扶持项目论证委员会，对选题价值和申报者的完成能力进行综合评估，以投票方式决定重点作品扶持项目，报省作协党组审批。最终确定的重点作品扶持项目将在湖南作家网公布。

四、有关要求

1.项目自立项之日起四年内结项。

2.结项标准：重点扶持作品需公开出版或公开发表长篇作品方可结项，以本土作家作品或文学现象为研究对象的文学评论作品在公开报刊发表累计六万字以上也可申请结项。结项时应提供发表报刊原件1份、复印件1份或出版专著2本。

3.结项前，项目作者应在每年10月31日前向省作协报告作品的创作进度。
