第三届盛京网络文学奖全国大赛--湖南省作家网

一、大赛宗旨

“盛京网络文学奖”是由沈阳市文联创办、沈阳市作家协会主办、盛京文学网承办的奖项，用以奖掖在本网站发表的原创优秀文学作品，培养和挖掘文学新人新秀，凝聚文学创作的新生力量，进一步提升文学的社会影响力。

我们在过去成功举办首届和第二届盛京网络文学奖大赛的基础上，今年拟将第三届盛京网络文学奖全国大赛，有效提升沈阳文学知名度和盛京文学网站的社会影响力。

本届大赛旨在以鼓励多形式，多体裁创作为目的，对文学与大爱进行传播，弘扬中国优秀传统文化，抒写与汉语文脉相通的情怀，传达网络时代与世界交流对话的文学心声。

二、奖项设置

奖项包含小说奖、散文奖、诗歌奖。小说奖、散文奖和诗歌奖共评选36篇（组）获奖作品，各奖项优秀奖共评选60篇（组）获奖作品，最佳网络人气奖共评选3篇（组）获奖作品，获奖作品总计99篇（组），获奖作者均颁发证书及奖品《诗潮》杂志。

一等奖各1名，奖金各3000元（税前）

二等奖各3名，奖金各800元

三等奖各5名，奖金各500元

最佳网络人气奖各选1名

各文体入围优秀奖各15名，获奖作者均颁发证书

编辑奖各3名，奖金各300元

编辑入围奖各5名，获奖作者均颁发证书

三、征文对象

面向全国，包括港澳台地区及海外华人华侨广大文友

四、投稿方式及注意事项

投稿方式：注册盛京文学网投稿（不接收邮箱投稿）http://www.sywriter.com/ 选择投稿到各文学社团。

注册投稿方法：可登录盛京文学网站注册会员自动投稿，具体操作方式，请细阅网站上“新手上路”中“关于盛京文学网如何投稿”的提示。

五、征稿日期：

2016年7月19日至2016年11月30日，凡在大赛举办期间，发表在盛京文学网上的小说、诗歌、散文之“参赛原创”作品，均自动取得参评资格。

附注：于大赛前投稿本网站的作品，若参赛需在标题上加【赛】字重新投稿。

六、注意事项：

登陆网站注册会员投稿。

文章标题前请注明：【赛】字样。

作品名称、作者名字及准确的通联地址、原名（笔名）、电话及本人QQ等信息，正确地填写在注册的个人空间里。

来稿禁止模仿抄袭，文责自负，凡通过审核发表于盛京文学网上的作品一律不删除。

※ 要求所投稿件需为原创，未在公开刊物发表、未获奖的作品。

七、评选标准

“第三届盛京网络文学奖全国大赛”所选作品应有利于倡导爱国主义、集体主义、社会主义的思想和精神，有利于倡导改革开放和现代化建设的思想和精神，有利于倡导世界和平、国家统一、民族团结、社会和谐、人民幸福的思想和精神，有利于倡导用诚实劳动争取美好生活的思想和精神。对弘扬民族精神、体现时代精神，以中国梦为主题，反映人民群众主体地位和现实生活，塑造社会主义新人形象的优秀作品，及描写和反映沈阳工业、文化与人文关怀，应重点关注。兼顾题材、主题、风格的多样化。

鼓励在继承中国优秀文学传统基础上创新，尤其鼓励那些具有中国风格和中国气派，为人民群众所喜闻乐见的富有艺术感染力的作品。重视作品的社会影响力。
