关于湖南省作家协会征集2015年定点深入生活专项活动申报的通知

各市(州)文联、作协，省直有关单位：

　　为贯彻落实习近平总书记在文艺工作座谈会上重要讲话精神，坚持以人民为中心的创作导向，催生文学精品力作，根据《湖南省作家协会定点深入生活工作条例》，特组织实施2015年度定点深入生活专项活动。现将有关事项通知如下：

　　一、本年度定点深入生活申报工作从8月20日开始，至9月20日截止。

　　二、凡符合《湖南省作家协会定点深入生活工作条例》所列条件的作者，均可申报。

　　三、申报程序遵照《湖南省作家协会定点深入生活工作条例》。申报表格见附件。

　　四、定点深入生活的地点为城乡基层、改革开放和生产建设一线，鼓励深入革命老区、民族地区、贫困地区基层，时间为3至6个月。

　　五、2015年定点深入生活方向有如下3项供参考选择，亦可自行确定方向。

　　1.“中国梦.文学梦.湖南篇章”方向。本年度主题限定于湖南两型社会建设、湖南承接产业转移和大湘西扶贫开发。

　　2.纪念“红军长征胜利80周年”、“中国抗日战争胜利70周年”方向。纪念为人民革命、民族独立与国家解放而英勇献身的先烈，铭记历史、警示未来，大力培育和弘扬爱国主义精神，激励各族人民为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦而共同奋斗。

　　3.湖南省国家级和省级非物质遗产传承方向。申报人自行在湖南省范围内选择一个国家级或省级非物质文化遗产项目，梳理其历史，记录其现状，从传承物(技艺)或传承人等方面进行深层次描写。

　　六、入选者请于名单公布之日起至2015年12月底期间实施所申报计划。湖南省作协组联部将采用多种方式与各团体会员和作家保持联系，以了解落实情况，协调解决有关困难。

　　七、湖南省作协将请知名评论家和资深编辑对部分作品初稿提出修改意见，帮助提高完善，力求推出成熟作品。对已出版作品，将择优召开作品研讨会。
