“红太阳杯”短篇小说大赛征文启事

　　为激励短篇小说写作，发现优秀的中文短篇小说，湖南红太阳投资集团有限公司主办，大型原创文学阅读网站——天风网(www.tianfenger.com)承办，推出“红太阳杯”第一届天风短篇小说大赛。

　　一、征文范围及时间

　　面向全体中文写作者征集短篇小说，风格不限，题材不限，字数在8000-30000字以内。非虚构作品不在参赛范围内。

　　1、 征文时间：2015年1月9日—2015年7月9日

　　2、 颁奖日期：2015年9月9日

　　二、奖项设置

　　一等奖1名，奖励人民币10000元；

　　二等奖1名，奖励人民币6000元；

　　三等奖1名，奖励人民币4000元；

　　优秀奖7名，各奖励人民币1000元。

　　入围作品60篇，赠送精美礼品一份。

　　三、组织及评奖办法

　　1、组委会主任：张千山(湖南省邵阳市文联主席、邵阳市作家协会主席)；执行主任：王苍芳(天风网创始人)。

　　2、第一轮在所有参赛作品中结合点击及回帖评论情况选出入围作品60篇；第二轮在入围作品中评选出10篇为优秀奖；第三轮邀请全国著名作家和评论家，对优秀奖作品实名投票产生一、二、三等奖作品。评奖过程及终评投票情况将全程在天风网公开。

　　四、参赛要求及方式

　　1、参赛作品系作者本人原创首发，严禁抄袭和一稿多投。本次大赛结束前，不得以任何形式公开发表或参加其他比赛。每位作者限投一篇作品参赛。

　　2、参赛作品的著作权由作者享有，简、繁体专有出版权及信息网络传播权由主办方所有。

　　3、网上发帖直接参赛和电子邮件参赛，不接受纸质稿件。投稿专区：http://www.tianfenger.com/forum.php。投稿邮箱：704833273@qq.com。
