关于开展2014年度湖南省青年文学奖评选工作的通知

各市州文联、作协，省直有关单位：

　　根据《湖南省青年文学奖评奖条例》(以下简称《条例》)精神，现将2014年度湖南省青年文学奖评选工作有关事项通知如下：

　　一、根据中宣部关于整顿文艺奖项工作的有关精神，文学奖项不宜设置过多，湖南省青年文学奖仍然只设年度作家奖，2014年省作协主席团会议通过的增设各门类年度作品奖暂不执行；

　　二、请有关单位根据《条例》的精神和要求，认真做好2014年度湖南省青年文学奖候选人推荐工作，原则上每个单位推荐1名候选人；请有关单位将此通知精神传达给符合推荐要求的青年作家，鼓励青年作家自我推荐；

　　三、被推荐和自荐的候选人必须具备《条例》规定的有关条件；

　　四、候选人应为1974年1月1日以后出生者；

　　五、被推荐和自荐的候选人须提供真实有效的居民身份证复印件(一份)和主要代表作样本(两份)；

　　六、被推荐和自荐的候选人须填写《湖南省青年文学奖候选人表》(本文件附有电子表格可下载，下载地址为湖南作家网http://www.frguo.com/)；

　　七、申报表及相关资料请用特快专递(请勿用包裹邮寄)寄至省作家协会创研室。申报者既须寄送书面表格，也须寄送电子表格。电子表格寄送如下信箱：rongmeixia@126.com 。电子表格请于11月25日前寄到，书面资料请于11月30日前寄到。
